ABOUT ME

Professional Experience

I am a professional legal copyeditor for the Appellate Court of the State of Connecticut, where I provide proofreading and editing of decisions of the Appellate Court and prepare them for publication.

Prior to this role, I have served as a law clerk for both the Appellate Court and the Superior Court of Connecticut, providing quality legal research and writing, and drafting various memoranda for both courts.

I am a licensed attorney in both Connecticut and Massachusetts.

I have over 15 years of legal experience, and worked as a patent paralegal in the Boston area prior to obtaining my juris doctor.

Educational Experience

I obtained a juris doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2013, with a certificate in public policy. I hold a Master in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in History, from the Harvard Extension School, and dual Bachelor degrees in International Relations and History from Boston University.

Personal Life

When I am not working, I focus on spending time with my family. I enjoy cooking, walking, and gardening. Spending a day at the beach is my favorite form of self-care.
